the breakfast selection had many options. it catered well for different dietary needs and was delicious, i thought. the room included tea and coffee making facilities. but, there was also complimentary lemon water in the public area.
on my first night, the room was quite cold. i did have to ask for an extra heater to be brought up. this did mean a longer wait at times.

i found a very central location, so it was easy to get around. staff are friendly, and i felt welcomed upon arrival. i have been here twice and would recommend it to anyone. i reminded me of staff worked like clockwork, it felt so glad.
the room was a little noisy. being in the heart of the city, it was a bit hard to sleep early. it eased off around 4am.
